What is a Home Visit?
Each week a Home Visitor will come to your home and work in partnership with you and your family to promote each child’s growth and development by planning individualized, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
The goal is to support and promote confidence in the caregivers, who are ultimately their children’s primary teacher.
Group Socializations
In group socializations, the children and families have the opportunity to connect and develop peer relationships in a facilitated, engaging learning environment.
Socializations take place in local parks or community centers. We provide snacks and activities for families to take home.
Family Committee Meetings
Home Visiting Parents & Caregivers along with the Home Visiting team hold monthly virtual Family Committee Meetings to discuss program governance, parent engagement and leadership opportunities as well as Educational Workshops.
