This year we are working with World Trust Educational Services, a leader in social justice and racial equity education, to evaluate the racial equity climate at Wu Yee. A diverse group of 10 staff in different jobs and departments are participating in a Guiding Council to design the evaluation, interpret data, and decide how findings are shared. The Council has created two surveys, one for staff and one for families, that will be completed by June–and we welcome you to participate! Emails will go out to staff and surveys will be shared with families.
